I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, and I offer individual, family, and couples counseling. My approach is collaborative and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, and I also use Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help people identify their strengths, build confidence, and move toward the future they want.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use, grief and loss, domestic violence and abuse, hoarding, behavioral concerns, life transitions, self‑esteem, career issues, and anger management.
My goal is to help you find your voice and reconnect with your sense of purpose so you can live your life with less stress and fear. Together, we’ll focus on building real‑life skills you can use when challenges come up, while helping you stay grounded and whole during times of change.
I offer in‑person and telehealth sessions, including flexible evening and weekend appointments. I also provide a free 15‑minute consultation, so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
